Go India

Since 2008 the Bavarian-Indian Centre for Business and University Cooperation (BayIND) is coordinating exchanges between Bavarian and Indian universities. The centre is funded by the Free State of Bavaria and acts as a contact point for students, lecturers and researchers. Furthermore, it also serves as a central networking and service platform for companies. Interested parties from Bavaria can find information on cooperation, funding, and exchange with India under "Go India".

News & Events

Sixty students from JNTUH and SSN Chennai have successfully completed an online training program under the pharmIn2 project.

The BayIND representatives engaged in discussions with institutions and regulatory bodies related to the fields of pollution and sustainability.

The representatives from BayIND and Hof University held meetings with major universities in Chennai and Hyderabad.

The piloting of the plant was conducted on 10th June at the factory premises of Sanpure Systems in Sanga Reddy, Telangana.

As part of the pharmIn2 project, BayIND continues to build strong academic and industrial partnerships in India.

Celebration and scientific exchange at the GSI Helmholtz Centre in Darmstadt on scientific and technical cooperation between India and Germany.

Alumni Network

The BayIND Alumni Network offers a platform for exchange, networking and further education to all Bavarian students who have completed an academic stay in India as well as all Indians who are studying in Bavaria.

The BayIND supports BayIND Alumni after their studies and organises regular meetings, events and trainings for personal and career development. 

The aim is to maintain and expand relations in the Bavarian-Indian context even after the stay abroad.
