Collaborative Progress with South Indian Universities

In November, follow-up meetings were held with universities in South India as a part of the project pharmIn2’s educational initiative.

After the initial kick-off meetings with the major south Indian universities, SRM Institute of Science & Technology and Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), regarding the pharmIn2 project, subsequent follow-up discussions were held, leading to further progress and collaboration. Productive discussions were held with Mr. Laxmi Narasimham (Director of International relations, SRM College), Mr. Prasad Rampure (Principal, Visvesvaraya Technological University) and Mr. Kedarnath Moghe (Professor, Visvesvaraya Technological University). The key points covered in the meeting included the online education and training platform associated with the pharmIn2 project. The discussion explored the platform's content, its optimal introduction to university students, and strategies to enhance student engagement. Additionally, the meeting addressed the current status of the project, technology exportation, and the progress of pilot projects.
